Real Estate

Kens real estate photo A lot of you may not know that apart from my music promotions business which I have  been doing for over 11 years, I am quite passionate about creating community in another way.

I had the good fortune to work full time at The Ecovillage in Currumbin for over 2 1/2 years where I was introducing people to living a more community minded lifestyle in what was awarded “The Worlds Best Environmental Development” in 2008 by the International Real Estate Federation.

Then in September 2012 I was approached to start working with a very big family business….Ray White Real Estate and offered the opportunity to continue my passion for bringing people and communities together.

I grew up in a small country town of 600 people and learnt the value of strong community and still enjoy seeing people come together to create unique lifestyles. I have been living in Tallebudgera Valley for over 9 years and LOVE it here which is why I host my concerts at our local Tallebudgera Valley Community Hall.

For those of you who are interested, I wish to keep you lovely people better informed about what’s happening in the property market in The Ecovillage and both Currumbin and Tallebudgera Valleys which is where I am choosing to base my business.

There are some fantastic opportunities at the moment such as the drastically reduced land sales at The Ecovillage Highlands and with interest rates at all time lows it makes it even better for buyers.

You can view a list of some of the current land and homes I have for sale in The Ecovillage, Currumbin Valley and Tallebudgera Valley by clicking this link www.raywhitetugun.com.au/agent/ken-jacob/

For a full price list on available land and homes or to be added to my Valley Property Newsletter please call me on 0413 865 323.

Thanks, Ken Jacob.

As you listen you feel the joy and playfulness that makes Juzzie so loved by people of all ages and from all walks of life.

But above all its feel-good music that soothes the soul and makes the heart sing.

“The irrepressible Joel Salom is an outstanding all-round comic, whether as a skill-fully inept acrobat or artfully off-colour juggler. He’s also the genius behind the show’s other stand-up comic, a blithely satiric little robot dog named Erik.” San Francisco Chronicle, by Robert Hurwitt.
